ABOUT ME

I'm a kindergarden teacher who lives nearby Ghent, Belgium.
I'm a calm, creative and friendly person, sometimes a little shy in the beginning.
Occuring to my friends, you can always depend on me.
I like experiencing new things and meeting new people and cultures!

My bad habbit is being late, but I'm working on that ;)!

If you're staying for a few days and we have the chance of getting to know eachother a little bit better, you'll definitly meet my silly and crazy part too!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can offer you my couch or a matras in my appartment which I share with a roommate.
I hope I can meet some interesting people who would do the same for me in return.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

No couchsurfing experience yet, but I'm planning my first couchsurfing trip to London.
Looking forward to host as well.

Interests

In my spare time I like to create my own clothes and jewels. I can enjoy a good meal or go out to grab a drink and listen to some music.
On a lazy day, you can always do me a favor with a snack and some good movies.

When I'm travelling to a new place, I'd love to see the (street) art and architecture or beautiful nature.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen to lots of stuff, but I'm especially in love with The XX.
It goes from Daft Punk, Justice or Mac Miller to Yasmin, Alicia Keys and The Weeknd.

Movies: Depends on what kind of mood I'm in. But loved: The green mile, The Notebook, Requiem for a dream, Kill Bill, Léon, etc.

Books: I don't read that often, but if I do I'm going for dramatic love stories! (haha)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I loved sleeping in a tropical forrest in Puerto Rico. We had to climb all the way to the top, where we slept in the clouds.
One of the most amazing views I will never forget.

Teach, Learn, Share

We can try to make you a new outfit together or some new jewelery.
I'd also like to explore the city with you!
Maybe you can learn me a little French (etc.) or how to cook typical dishes from your country.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'd love to show you the great spots in this awesome city.
You can maybe use my car or I can drive you somewhere.
