I'm an easily-amused poet, powered by humor and wonder. I love learning anything, about anything at all, and exploring. I want to make things.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm a do-gooder and a beauty-seeker. I want to work in community arts management, to foster creativity and make people care about the place they live.

I'm glad to host in Laramie, or offer suggestions of places to see/stay in Laramie, Michigan, the Czech Republic, Krakow, Berlin, London and Budapest.

Couchsurfing is the way to travel.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to this site, but couch-ing is the best. I miss living in six-person houses, with all my housemates' friends always coming and going.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I watched Casablanca for the first time on an outdoor screen in Prague, with the Vltava River glowing and a hot air balloon bobbing overhead.

I love the energy in any room where art is.

Teach, Learn, Share

Most of my skills are creative: writing, editing, art, photography, marketing, and event planning. I'm really interested in small business and entrepreneurial things.

My current research project is on how people use art to alter their environments, so I'd love a tour guide to unusual art spaces or circuses. If someone would like to help me master my Canon Rebel, that would be wonderful, too.
