ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty chill person. I enjoy the outdoors. I love to camp, rock climb and snowboard. I played soccer all the way through high school. The college I went to had a club lacrosse team so I decided to try it out one day and spent all 4 years of college playing. There's not much I love more than enjoying a great game of kanjam on a climbing trip at the red river gorge.
I love animals. I have hermit crabs, turtles, a parana, and two dogs. I love rescues. My fiance and I rescued our first dog from the dog pound just in the knick of time. We went on a climbing trip to the red river gorge and ended up rescuing another that was found abandoned in a storm drain.
The disability community is an important part of my life. Throughtout college I focused on studying disabilities, people with disabilities and disability culture. I work with adults with autism. Even though my job can be very stressful at times, I still love it and charish everything about it.

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy life day by day. Don't sweat the small stuff. Think twice before you turn down an opportunity because you may not get that opportunity again so enjoy it while you can.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have great knowledge on disabilities but could always learn more. So I guess I can give insight and learn a couple things. I know some American Sign Language but want to learn more.
