I taught English in Spain for a year, and have been teaching in Mexico for the past 3 years. I like to travel and I like to meet people from different countries. I love learning about other cultures.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

My husband and I stayed with great hosts during our travels around Europe, and now that we are settled down in Mexcio, we have enjoyed hosting!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been a part of the couch surfing network since April, 2014. Since then, I've been able to visit some beautiful cities and meet some awesome people.

Interests

I enjoy teaching English.

I've always been interested in music. I began learning to play the piano when I was 7 years old, and since then I've taken up the flute and a little bit of the guitar. My husband and have started an acoustic-folk band together and have enjoyed playing at bars and tea shops around Mexico City!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I did a 2 week long interrail trip two years ago with my friend. We saw a new city almost daily. I didn't know about couchsurfing at the time so we stayed in hostels, but it would have been great to stay with locals.

Hiked a hill in Gothenburg at midnight and the sun still hadn't set completely. The view was breathtaking.
