À propos de moi

I'm a 22-year-old student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science in the beautiful city of Kraków, Poland. My journey into solo travel began just last year, and I've already explored the stunning landscapes of Georgia and Italy. Up next on my adventure list are Corfu and Albania, with plans to revisit Italy and explore some other exciting destinations later in September.

Traveling is my passion, and I love every aspect of it - from savoring local cuisines and meeting new people to immersing myself in different cultures and learning about the history of the places I visit. I also enjoy a good party every now and then!

When I'm not traveling, I spend most of my time studying and programming. (By the way, I'm on the lookout for a job, so if you have any leads, let me know! 😄) I also love going to the cinema and hitting the gym regularly. I'm an active person who enjoys cycling, longboarding, and generally leading an active lifestyle.

Looking ahead, I'm excited about the possibility of traveling to South Eastern Asia one day. I also have a keen interest in anime and am considering pursuing a second Bachelor's degree in Japanese Philology next year.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love the idea of connecting with people who share my passion for travel and adventure. As I plan my upcoming trip to Albania and Corfu, I'm excited to meet locals who can guide me through their cities, showing me both popular spots and hidden gems that only a local would know.

I'm also looking forward to meeting fellow travelers to share experiences and create amazing memories together. Whether it's exploring a new place, enjoying local cuisine, or just hanging out and having a good time, I'm eager to make new friends and enrich my travel experiences.

So, if you're a local who can show me around or a traveler looking for a buddy to explore with, let's connect and make the most of our adventures!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

As a Gen-Z individual, I am obviously not reading much lol, but I do appreciate a good book when I find one. Recently, I bought and started reading "Dune" in its original English version, inspired by the amazing movie adaptation. This sci-fi masterpiece has captured my imagination, and I'm excited to delve deeper into its universe.

When it comes to movies, I have a wide-ranging taste that includes both modern and classic productions. I'm regulary going to cinema to watch newest productions. I'm a huge fan of the "Lord of the Rings" and "Hobbit" series, as well as visually stunning films like "Avatar" and "Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse." Leonardo DiCaprio is one of my all-time favorite actor, and I believe every movie he's in is a banger. His performances always leave a lasting impression on me. For example "Django" - m a s t e r p i e c e (I love Tarantino's productions too).

My music taste is quite eclectic, reflecting a mix of genres and eras. I listen to a lot of Polish music, but I also enjoy English-language tracks from various artists. Some of my favorite rappers include Juice Wrld, Post Malone, Mac Miller and Logic. I also have a soft spot for older bands like The Beatles, Oasis, and The White Stripes. Pop music also finds a place in my playlist, with Billie Eilish being a standout. Occasionally, I stumble upon gems from other countries, such as Sachiko Kanenobu's "Aoi Sakana," which I discovered through the movie "Perfect Days."

Overall, my interests in movies, music, and books are diverse and ever-evolving. I look forward to sharing more about my favorites with fellow travelers and locals, and I'm always open to discovering new recommendations and hidden gems. Let's connect and explore our shared passions!

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

When I was 18, I took a bold step and decided to work abroad for the first time. My journey began in Frankfurt, Germany, where I worked as a construction worker with some friends. Despite our hard work, we unexpectedly lost our jobs. It was a tough and confusing experience, but it didn't deter me.

Determined to make the most of my time abroad, I found a job in gastronomy in Iceland. I lived and worked there for 1.5 months, and it turned out to be an incredibly eye-opening experience. Living in Iceland taught me that I could adapt to any situation and thrive in different environments. This realization was empowering and made me believe that I could do anything and be anyone, anywhere.

Through my experiences, I noticed that many people impose limitations on themselves, but I felt liberated from such constraints. This newfound confidence has made solo traveling feel natural and comfortable for me. It's an experience that has shaped who I am today and fuels my passion for exploring the world independently.

Embarking on this journey at a young age was a transformative experience, and it's one of the reasons why I love solo traveling so much now. I look forward to many more adventures and hope to inspire others to break free from their limitations and embrace the endless possibilities that travel offers.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

While I may not have specific expertise to teach, I'm always up for new experiences and learning together. If you're into skateboarding or longboarding, we could definitely hit the streets or parks and have some fun.

I'm also eager to explore new activities and try things I haven't done before. Water sports and snorkeling are high on my list, and I'm dreaming about living near beaches where I can kite-surf regularly in the future. Sharing these experiences and learning together would be an incredible adventure.

Let's connect and embark on new adventures, teaching and learning from each other along the way!

Ce que j'aimerais partager avec mes hôtes

Physically, I could bring you some Polish sweets or even a bottle of traditional vodka, haha. From my first solo travels, I learned a lot, and now I want to focus more on interactions with people, which I find more interesting than just walking around old buildings in the city (although I deeply enjoy that too).

I can offer you the opportunity to practice English with me, hang out, and have a fun time together. Let's explore, share stories, and enjoy each other's company. I'm here to make sure neither of us feels lonely and that we both have an amazing time!
