ABOUT ME

I have recently moved from Berlin to Brighton and currently trying to settle here and build a life. I am a friendly, funny person who loves meeting different kinds of people, connecting with them and getting to know the very different stories people have to tell.
I enjoy the outdoors, singing, going to gigs, doing yoga, being near the sea or just going to the pub for a nice chat and a pint.

I am very extroverted and being surrounded by many different people is what makes me the happiest, so I'm looking forward to all the friends to be made through this.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I haven't used Couchsurfing for a couple of years now due to a very demanding time at work- hence the low response rate- sorry about that. Unfortunately I can't host at the moment as our flat is a shoebox. I'm happy to meet you for a coffee or a drink though and look to join events if there are any- maybe I will even set up an event myself.

I have moved around a lot and met some of my closest friends through the CS community in other placs.

Interests

It's all been said above really, I recently joined a choir here, I do yoga and go on walks in the countryside whenever my time allows it. I like going to gigs or to the pub, I enjoy a good stand up comedy (wrote my own set once and signed up but never actually brought up the courage to go on stage) and sometimes I'm very hapy to just stare at the ceiling and do absolutey nothing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I had to sleep in a park for a few days in Australia when I was travelling and absolutely broke. A very nice couple invited me to stay with them for a few days, looked after me very well and organized a job for me, even though they did not know me at all. This was one of the most positive experiences I made when I was travelling and now I would love to have people here and give something back.
