About Me

The best home is the body.
Building it like it is a living temple so the mind relaxes.
Strenght is in the mind not the muscles ...
I dislike gyms.

Life is the best school!
And travelling expoxes to life!
Whatever we sees is a reflection of our thoughts.

Easy to blame the surrouding...
but when we stop, the world changes and our behaviour too..

For me, human interaction is the strongest and fastest way to progress in life. Experience exchanges is never valued enough. One of the reason, I am here :)

I used to be busy at work, but this changed when I realised my time, was my life and it was never guaranteed!

So much experience and knowledge (but never enough!) that it brought me to the point where I see an ocean unexplored.

Before climbing Everest, a taller mountain is awaiting in us.

*****
Exploring the world - you are welcome anywhere I am. Unfortunately, you can't see many references on my hosting part because most time I don't ask for request. )

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have had some great experiences in Couchsurfing during my winter roadtrip in Canada: I had been lucky to meet amazing local people, to make new friend and bond friendship over the world but also to learn about their country.

So I am Not only here to meet people, get connected with locals and share experiences but also to be part of the travelling community.

Interests

Yoga practionner.

For me the body, is beauty and love.
I push it to knew challenges to test new borders. My communication with him.
Like ... 90 - 130 daily pushups.
Or mental: like ... sleeping under - 40 C !
Or small habit like: using cycling bike for anything under 30 km.
If it is over... then I can start my car ;)

I used to be a talented artist in drawing/painting that later took me to Photography. The new modern art of making quick "painting"! I can say that I have a good eye for it...
Often, my friends come to me for new profile pictures !
I have a professional Canon camera which I thinking to change for a mirrorless type.

Today, I have been on a new road of art for a long time I thought was just the Iceberg on the surface of the sea.... but it was a lot more. the world of giving life to handwritting : calligraphy.

For 10 years I have been involved in permaculture projects. This made me discovered the knowledge of plant behaviours and their energy on us. Also, how useless and anti - productive is the use pesticide.
As a result, I created a garden - full of plant. A private botanica garden that only close one know where it us and can visit ;)

I am also A very handy man. Lors of experiences taught me the logic and art of fixing things gently and easily. From mecanics to buildings a house especially Eco architecture.
