Update: I am in Perm since late october, after contacting a LOT of couchsurfers i met some very interesting people taht are really giving great opinion about the city and its citizens, i really enjoyed having discussions with them and some of them even became friends.
So i have to thank all of them, they really were good support for me in my new adventure here in Perm, some of them helped me to know more persons who will help me to reach my objectives.
And talking about that, we are going to launch a new debate club in the central library (Gorkovo) of the city in French language, i will be the moderator and it will be every Tuesday at 19h (7pm)
