I think that you can connect with anybody if you give them a chance, and food is a great starting place for conversation. You can actually learn a lot about a person based on what they say about food. Odd, I know...

I drove around the country and got some good tips from CS members along the way. Now that I'm settled in Seattle, I am offering up my humble lodgings to weary and excited travelers who want to get a taste of the great city of Seattle.

nada so far, though I do have some surfers lining up to catch a wave...

Música, películas y libros

Damn near all music, most movies (not really a big chick-flick guy though, unless it's REALLY well written or pretty damn funny) especially Tarantino movies, and any well-written book (though food and wine books are on the top of my list, and Michael Crichton books).

Algo increíble que he hecho

Drove from Cleaveland to Maine and then rode the coastal U.S. on a solo trip to Seattle. It was hella fun and I saw some of the most amazing sights and had some of the most amazing times of my life. Actually, I kind of wish I was still on the road right now...

I have a fond passion and knowledge of all things culinary (though I am still learning a bit about wine), but I will always be a student. Also, I have a deep love of music and have gone to audio production and engineering school after being in a band for several years. I am into learning about anything and everything under the sun.
