About Me

CURRENT MISSION

go up the Nang river, gather information using whatever means necessary...

ABOUT ME

Citizen of the world and culture. Always eager to learn new tricks. I gravitate to intelligent, energetic, adventurous and fun spirits.

For more of my travle photos see http://www.pbase.com/kagemusha (I'm having trouble uploading them to CS)

PHILOSOPHY

very free market and free thinking.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am offering a couch perhaps even an air bed (and hope to offer myself for someone else's couch in the future :-))

Interests

history, economics, soccer and most other sports (to play), biking, salsa dancing, karaoke (yes i can't deny it!), performing improv, languages, travel, helping consume other people's cooking

Music, Movies, and Books

despite my light and effervescent personality ;-), like the epic, heavy and somewhat dark and/or irreverent: led zeppelin, apocalypse now, ran, kagemusha, moby dick, wagner, Southpark, the office, manchurian candidate, pink floyd, any book by barabara tuchman (history), the sun also rises, for whom the bell tolls, don giovanni (mozart), blue velvet (david lynch), rolling stones, aerosmith, something about mary (light!), monty python

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing experience (as in shocking not good) was seeing the towers burn, running when they fell, and living through that day in downtown NYC. Its times like that when you feel both extremely alive and realize how trivial your existence is all at the same time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am happy to give anyone willing to hear a lesson in basic economics or discuss history, politics, culture.
Too many things I want to learn to mention here.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Bahamas, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Mexico, Slovenia, Spain, Thailand

Countries I’ve Lived In

China, Japan, Philippines, United Kingdom, United States
