Hi all!

I try to teach middle school math (I am a teacher!). I spend most of my free time backpacking in the pnw and playing music. I have been fortunate to have recorded several records and play in venues across the country! During my travels I like to connect with folks over discussions, board games, and a good book.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well shoot, I am traveling solo and that terrifies me. Also, I love couch surfing events!!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love reading. I really enjoyed sapien, germs guns and steel, and the red rising series. I am pretty into comedy as well, both sketch and sitcoms. Music is pretty wide, but generally something with a little punk influence sprinkled in. I grew up on math rock, but my interests have definitely broadened!
