I am curious about the world and enjoy exploring. I am tall. My perception of time not inline with actual time. I am introverted and enjoy long meaningful or interesting conversations. My interests include pretty much everything except for gossip about famous people and TV. I am currently a graduate student in Geography, and I study plants in the Canadian Arctic. I also enjoy documentary, whether it is through taking photographs, recording sound, or filming. I love being in nature - be it forests or mountains or beaches or grasslands. I draw, and wish I could play music...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The first impression of couch surfing was awe - I was so impressed that people were willing to open up their homes and be so generous to complete strangers, while not asking anything in return. It opened up my eyes to a whole other level of trust, and one that I really appreciate.
