ABOUT ME

Somewhere along the way I turned from a shy, chubby Polish kid, into a mostly-happy, yet nostalgic and often times undecided, youthful-in-his-middle-age adult. I always keep in mind that, "I can do anything, but I can't do everything." And yes, I still think that I can change the world...

When I was 18 and starting college, I thought I had it all figured out. Since then, I've discovered just how much there is that I've still yet to learn!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My second time travelin' & surfin' - getting away from the rain & cold in Portland, Oregon for three weeks. Had a fantastic time couchsurfing last summer in Eastern Europe, and I know this will be amazing as well...just wish I'd brushed up on my Spanish a bit more...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have lived at a beautiful intentional community that operates Breitenbush Hot Springs Conference & Retreat Center in Oregon's Cascade mountains (breitenbush.com). My life has been altered in countless ways during my 4yrs of cooking for the Breitenbush kitchen and playing an active part of life in a tiny resort village of 70 like-minded individuals.
