Hello! My name is Kailee and I'm currently a college student attending UCLA where I study Biochemistry.

I have a year left before I have to make some pretty important decisions regarding my future, which is why I'm currently traveling! I genuinely love listening to other people's stories and being taught new things. I hope that by seeing how the rest of the world lives I'll be able to get a better idea of where my own values and interests are aligned.

Personality wise I'm very laid back and open to new experiences. My friends would describe me as quirky, humorous, and able to brighten people's days. I'm pretty low maintenance and like to make the best out of any situation!

Interests

Anything athletic (i.e. hiking, biking, yoga, snowboarding etc.), festivals, dancing (for fun), cooking, art, video games, Netflix of course, and reading

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I thoroughly enjoy all genres of music to that point that I usually attend a concert every two weeks (being that I'm lucky enough to live in LA). I'm the friend who always gets handed the aux cord because I'm usually attune to other people's interests/vibes. What you'll usually find me listening to is indie, chill electro/rap, or my podcasts.

Movies: I haven't seen a lot of the "classic" movies that I probably should have seen at this point in my life (I.E. the Titanic for example). I can discuss a majority of Netflix shows on the other hand!

Books: I love to read but it's something I struggle to find time for in my life. I've recently finished the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo series, Game of Thrones, and a few Stephen King novels. I also have a soft spot in my heart for Le Petit Prince <3

Teach: How to cook a variety of vegan/vegetarian dishes, yoga

Learn: trying to learn more French, how to rock climb
