I work as a full time server at an organic restaurant in Vancouver. On the side I volunteer with the Vancouver Aquarium as a Gallery Educator, take belly dance lessons, practice photography, bike around the city, hike, read, play tenor saxophone and get together with friends!
I love adventure and few things make my heart flutter like planning a trip somewhere new. I can be a bit quiet at first, but I really enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their lives and experiences in the world.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I first signed up before I went to Europe in 2011, but I never used couch surfing because of all the "warnings" that friends and family gave me.
Now I'm interested in meeting up with locals and gaining a different experience than I did while travelling around Europe (only stayed in hostels which was still super fun, but a different vibe).

I was on a derailed train travelling from Bulgaria to Istanbul, Turkey during the coldest European winter in 35 years.
