ABOUT ME

I love adventures and spontaneity! Let's go everywhere! I am studying health Sciences and am fascinated with the human body, our miraculous immune systems and abilities. I aspire to practice holistic medicine and preventative care through healthy diet and lifestyle. Come on, yoga with me :)
I have been referred to as a tree hugger, a title I do not deny or detest.
Family is very important to me and I am very close with mine.
I am a wide eyed optimist but my rosy glasses don't hinder me.

PHILOSOPHY

Each morning, when I wake, I am excited for what what the new day will show me. What I will learn, who I will encounter and what new paths I will take on this ever growing adventure. I like to spend my time around people who foster creativity, encouragement and positive energy. Living for today.

I would not consider myself religious but I am not at all opposed if you are. I strive to be the best person that I can be in each day. Great respect for Mother nature! I firmly believe in Karma--Exude goodness and good things you will receive :) I also appreciate the ideas of Lao Tzo and of Taoism.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

If you need a place to park it for a bit, I have a couch and a couple sleeping bags :) Hope you would do the same, if I'm ever in your neck of the woods! I can also cook up some mean vegetarian cuisine if you'd like to dine with me!

Musica, film e libri

So I am a Phanatic Phan... I've been going to Phish shows with my Dad ever since I was a wee lassie. I live for shows and festivals where I can take off my shoes and get jammy on the lawn! Aside from my love of Jam bands, I dig on the blues and Blue grass as well! Gotta get danceyyy.

I am a member of the National Geographic Society-- Prestigeeee.
I snoop about in the Tao te Ching most mornings.
I love to read whatever I can get my hands on. Currently tackling Crime and Punishment (Gripping!) and reference my herbalists RX dictionary on the regular.

I don't watch many movies but I like comedies and plots with twists.

I've explored Greece and Turkey and want to get down to South America something terrible! The western States have offered me some splendid scenes. I can walk the city walk as well as get meander the mountains. We can talk more about all of our adventures when we meet!
