I'm very mellow, particularly happy, and every day grateful. Because I have the luxury of working via the internet, I've been traveling slowly without a fixed address for nine of the last twelve years including fifteen months on a surf mission sailboat. Hawaii and the San Francisco Bay Area occupy my heart when I think of home.

I love being adaptable: I'll go anywhere, eat everything, and talk to anybody.

I'm quite at peace and support whatever sustains this feeling.

If I had a superpower, besides flying, I would wish to speed read. I love good writing and am an information junkie.

I relish a well directed film and always wish to see more of them.

Funky grooves and good percussive beats are the hands down favorite for music. I was a lucky kid to grow up with the real deal, old school soul in the 70's. I love music in most any form it comes in, but that's what it's all about, isn't it?

Just one?? I am amazed every day because I wake up so fortunate.

It also makes me smile when I think of my first big trip to Europe. I was only 18 years old and bought a one-way ticket to Rome. It was old school travel, 1986. I thought I would be home in six weeks, but was gone well over a year.

I love introducing yoga to people who don't have much experience with it and think they need flexibility to do it. It's so easy to get past that and so rewarding.

If you're passionate about anything, I want to hear about it! I promise I will listen with rapt attention.

Before I die, I will learn to play the drums. I'm also going to kill it in swing dancing someday.

Few things beat sharing food with friends.
