About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Trying to make at least a travel or two a year with my husband (and sometimes without him too).
ABOUT ME
Hey there!
My name is Kairit. I live in Tartu with my husband, our son and stepsons + 3 cats and a cute little dachshund.
I love traveling. Usually it goes like this - me and my husband we go somewhere and take a rental car and try to see as much of the country's non-tourist places as we can in a trip. We usually eat where the locals eat and we prefer little cellar bars to high-end cocktail bars.
We have stayed in hotels mostly, but sometimes we use couchsurfing or airbnb to meet the locals.
PHILOSOPHY
I do like to think that good things come to good people. Although I don't really think I'm that good.. I can be too honest sometimes.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I do travel and I can also help other people who travel. I have a pull out couch available in my living room and our garden is available for setting up a tent during summer.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've used couchsurfing and met lots of people from it. I have a friend whom I met from there and I am very happy about that :)
Interests
I love cooking. And reading. And gardening, producing alcohol, sewing, traveling and so on. I like to make things with my hands. Although I'm not perfect in anything, I'm good in many things.

Music, Movies, and Books
The list would be too long. I read a lot and have literally a thousand books. I enjoy movies and music too, but not very often - these days work and family take up all the time and there is no time left to just enjoy music or books.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have lived in another country (Australia, Sydney, for two years). The amount of travelers I met there is amazing. And travelers are the most fun and generous people on earth. They've realised that no man should have to tie themselves down and that life shouldn't be take too seriously.
Teach, Learn, Share
Don't be afraid to ask what you're worth. Life isn't about working hard for crap money. Nope. And don't let anyone tell you that it is.
What I Can Share with Hosts
We have a sauna, and also a washer-dryer so when you need to wash and dry your clothes this can be easily done.
Countries I’ve Visited
