ABOUT ME

I'm a pretty easy going girl, laid back, and don't let much get to me.
Currently live on the Gold Coast, Queensland Australia.
Studying Law and Commerce at Uni which i really enjoy.
I love sport and adventure activities. I'm always either running, swimming or surfing. Or thinking about doing one of them!
I'm a UNICEF Australia Young Ambassador, which is an absolute privilege. It involves raising awareness to young people about disadvantaged children around the world, and how they can help make an impact.
I have done some volunteering in schools in South Africa teaching sport which is hands down one of the best experiences i have ever had in my life.
I see myself as very broad minded and accepting of different cultures.
I also love to party and meet new people!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Had my first couch surfing experience recently in London! Went so well, so will definitely be continuing with it. i'll be travelling Europe from the 22nd of November to the 10th of February. So any couch in between then will be very much appreciated!Can't wait to start hosting when i get back to the Gold Coast!

Music, Movies, and Books

I recently read the couch surfing book by Brian Thacker - Sleeping Around. What a read! I would reccommend it to everyone on here! It has given me the courage to get on here and meet some amazing people!

In regards to movies, back home i work at a video store, however have hardly watched any movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've done the Worlds Biggest Bungee Jump :)
Is that amazing engouh? ha

I would also put volunteering in Africa as one of the most amazing things that has happened in my life!

Teach, Learn, Share

At the end of the day, i would like to explore the world from a locals perspective. No more tourist sightseeing and the typical posing in front of world heritage sights. Just plain old exploring the cute little side streets of massive cities, that's where the interesting stuff happens! I hope my couchsurfing adventure around Europe will help me achieve this!
