About Me
I'm a 25-year-old living in Boston, MA for the time being. Right now, I'm working for a cancer institute in the city, but am also considering going back to graduate school in the fall. I was born in North Carolina, grew up in Atlanta, and went to college in a small town in middle Georgia. After graduating, I moved to South Korea to teach English, did a little bit of traveling in Southeast Asia, and then made moves toward Boston. I've been here for about a year and a half at this point, first as a Starbucks barista/manager, now working for a hospital. I love good intellectual conversation, local coffee shops, and dive bars. My favorite trips almost always include something local with new friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I heard about Couchsurfing through a friend who used it on a long road trip through the states. I'm interesting in travelling both domestically and abroad, and am always down for making new friends in new places. Unfortunately, with my current roommate situation, I'm unable to host guests, but am here to connect with people if and when I travel outside of Boston.
