About Me
Estudiante de maestría en cine documental; incapaz de pasar una panadería sin comprar bollería
I´m from the USA but have lived in Latin America and now Spain for several years. I'm an aspiring documentary filmmaker. I love long bike rides, serendipity, and hosting storytelling nights. Many of my favorite places in the world are accessed solely by long, winding dirt paths: a yoga center in the forests of Málaga where I learned to cook elaborate vegan meals; a permaculture farm on Ometepe Island where I looked after chickens and banana trees; and a small high school in the Andalucían mountain town where I taught classes this past year. I am restored and amazed and full of love for the types of warm, nurturing experiences I've had on my travels, in places like these... & thankful for networks like couchsurfing, and especially its people, who I still have so much to learn from!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
La mejor forma de conocer un lugar es por su gente!!
Hosting couchsurfers in Madrid was joyful and hilarious, and now I´m back as a surfer because I will be moving around Europe for the next two years of my Masters program, and hope to meet other nomads and travelers and interesting folks along the way...!
