Hi, I'm Kaitlin from Austin, TX! I love karaoke, making/wearing costumes, Halloween, spooky stuff, and seeing live comedy. I'm currently working towards a career in event coordination so I do lots of odd jobs to make ends meet. I'm mostly interested in film festivals and how they're put together, and I'm hoping to travel outside of Austin to learn about and experience more of them. I'm friendly, silly, and bubbly and I love to meet new people and try new things.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I love the idea of meeting likeminded folks through a community like this one. Since I don't have a proper job and I'm wanting to travel all over the world (hopefully) to work at film festivals, I'm going to need some cheap places to stay. I'm hoping that the Couchsurfing community will open some doors to new experiences and new friends!

My favorite artists right now are Boy & Bear, Lady Gaga, and The Killers, but I love pretty much anything I can sing and dance to in the car. My top 5 favorite movies are Young Frankenstein, Shaun of the Dead, Hot Rod, Jurassic Park, and Ghostbusters. I'm not a huge reader but I love Harry Potter and anything from the True Crime section.
