Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I'm not working, there's a 100% chance I'm traveling. I'm trying to see as many places and connect with as many beautiful humans on this planet as I can. Sometimes, that means disappearing into the mountain wilderness for a week, sometimes it's heading into an unfamiliar city to volunteer with a nonprofit, and sometimes it's learning Capoiera from a stranger on the sidewalk outside of an open mic in Los Angeles. However it manifests itself, I'm on Couchsurfing to connect with potentially like-minded people, hopefully keep a roof over my head for a few nights while doing so, and host others when I can.

Music, Movies, and Books

Not a huge fan of country music unless it's Dolly or Johnny. Other than that I just love music. My interests are all over the place. Some favorites include Radiohead, Woodkid, James Blake, Tunde Olaniran, and Yann Tiersen.

I've always said my favorite movie is Top Gun, but it's actually Les Choristes.

Favorites are hard. I love books.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I backpacked solo through the Grand Canyon and it was everything I never knew I needed.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can give you tap dance lessons in your living room or be your own low key personal therapist. I'm a great conversationalist and a decent cook. I can give you life-changing hiking/backpacking suggestions or we can have a 4 hour long staring contest and never speak. I'm up for just about anything and have a passion for positivity that I'd love to share.
