I'm a Canadian living in Australian working full time. I've been here for almost 5 years now, lived in a few different locations, and now have the luxury of living out in the middle of friggin no where. It's pretty awesome - but small town vibes definitely give me itchy feet!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is the perfect mix between getting to know the location from the locals and also cost effective. I hope I can stay with like minded people who are friendly and looking to experience everything!

Interests

I love hiking, reading, exploring, and a good bottle of wine! Like a good Canadian girl I'm an avid skier and camper, I'm known to do a little snowshoeing too from time to time as well. Don't judge me too much but I love knitting, I'm not very good at it but I love it nonetheless. It's incredibly relaxing and it means I can make a mean scarf.

I'm a very active person and don't really like driving or taking public transit anywhere unless I absolutely have to. I'd prefer to bike and walk.
