Overview
About Me
Project manager working in international development; spent the last year+ working in Indonesia as an operations manager until October 2015. Now I'm taking a break to travel; was in Spain for December '15 and January '16. Settling down in Berlin (randomly, thanks to a CouchSurfing connection from Madrid) for the rest of the trip through early March '16 to take some German and see the sites!
I love exploring, learning languages, and helping people, animals, and the environment. Pretty subdued and easy going. I prefer seeing sites that are not full of tourists; things off the beaten path where you experience local life. I'd rather enjoy a drink and chill to live music than go to a popular club where I feel like a sardine and wait in a line for the restroom.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love meeting people, learning from others, sharing time and experiences, and getting to know the real local experience.
