I just finished teaching English in South Korea and I will be traveling throughout SE Asia for 3 months (so excited!!). I love meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and trying new foods.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like that CS creates a community where people help other people despite differences in culture and background. It's also fun/interesting to meet people from all over the world!

Music, Movies, and Books

I really love listening to music--whether it be on my ipod or at a show. I've been listening to a lot of SOHN and Little Dragon lately, but I'm always down for some early 2000s pop I can dance to. :)

I'm not that well-versed in movies, but I've started watching some Korean films with friends I've met in Seoul. I'm hoping to get exposed to more films like these since I've really been enjoying them.

I've been making an effort to read more since I can read for hours and not feel as if I wasted any time (as opposed to spending free time on facebook ha). I was reading Murakami's 1Q84 before I left Seoul, so I'm hoping to find another copy on my travels...need to know what happens!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I really like making art and crafting (I studied art at my university), so I like making little drawings for people. I also like cleaning, so if you need someone to do dishes, sweep, organize, etc., I'm happy to help!
