ABOUT ME
I live to travel and am completely easy going. I finished my global policy degree at the University of Texas last year, and after spending the summer interning with an NGO in Colombia, I moved to Washington DC to enter the policy world. I love meeting new people and trying new things.
PHILOSOPHY
Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.
- George Bernard Shaw
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
CS is full of amazing, diverse people. Definitely the best way to meet people while traveling. I've used CS a lot abroad, but haven't tried it in the US. Looking forward to my first domestic CS experience.
Interests
I'm a communications coordinator at a national health association and former elementary school teacher. I learned Spanish during undergrad and got to use while working in Columbia last summer. I also dabbled in Arabic while living in the Gulf for a couple of years. I love politics and hearing new perspectives from around the world. Most of all I'm looking for fun, down-to-earth people who like to share their stories and hometown/country.
