ABOUT ME

I have been traveling the world with my family since i'm around 6 years old. My father was/is international businessman and thought it would be great for my brother and I to see the world.

To make a long story short...I can appreciate one's thirst and appreciation to travel, therefore if i can make it easier for someone, I will be glad to do it!

About Me
I am a professional and i behave accordingly. I like to watch sports, play with my 2 dogs, play tennis, watch movies, eat at nice restaurants, go to nice bars, travel (obviously!), meet new people, learn, read, bunch of other boring stuff too..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

**PLEASE READ THIS FIRST**
This summer I have been inundated with requests to host people that have never hosted anyone in their home country and have no intention of doing so. This is an online community for people who want to share cultural experiences, and by not hosting you are not allowing for that to happen. If you have never hosted anyone before, please do not request my couch. thank you and please read on.

Well I am quite new to this experience.

I can host because if you are coming to NYC and it's too expensive i live so close by and I'd be happy to help. I know that acomodations are half the battle when coming to new york, I'd be happy to help if I can.

I also travel quite frequently myself and am looking for some surfing experiences.

I LOVE HISTORY!!! When you travel, history becomes a reality, it jumps off the page where you studied it in a text book and stares you right in the eyes.... History is exciting and has shaped the way the world is today!

I really like to meet new people and learn about their cultures and to share what my culture is like.

I think we can learn a lot about this world we live in from each others experiences in different places. I think if we show people not to be afraid to try to and become familiar with a new culture or tradition than we can really learn alot!!
