Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel, meet new people, experience new things and I usually travel low-budget, so couchsurfing is a way for me to save some money and also meet locals or other travelers.

Interests

I do weightlifting and dance Cuban salsa (Casino), although not regularly anymore. I like to learn new languages, watch movies and listen to music from all over (US, Latin America, Korea, Bollywood). I listen to mostly everything, depending on the mood, aside from metal, techno/house and the like.
I am also interested in personal growth - I have a lot of learning and growing to do, and I think travelling is one of the great ways to open your mind to new perspectives and possibilities - therefore I strive to be a traveller, not a tourist when I do travel.

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not read books, but I enjoy listening to podcasts on topics such as business, health and fitness.
I'm one of those people that don't have a favorite singer/band, I need to mix it up all the time and I am always looking for new songs.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There hasn't been one experience I would call "amazing" - still waiting for that one.
I have had a few interesting experiences, such as being an au pair in China, working a summer job in the US (twice), and traveling around Thailand.
