I try to focus on a present moment. Life is a dynamic meditation, a never ending journey. Love being in motion. Hiking, walking, dancing, exploring, doing yoga or rolling along green places on a train or in a car.
I'm fond of batik too. It's an Indonesian painting technique. I'm also a music freak.
