Hello! 🌞 My name is Kaja and I’m 22 years old polish girl solo travelling. I’ve just finished my bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Social Communication, and I’m currently taking a gap year.

This year is about trying new things, learning through experience, and figuring out what truly excites me in life through backpacking in Asia. I’m a creative and open-minded person who loves to travel, meet new people, and explore different cultures.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This year I decided to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, which led me to Couchsurfing. I’ve heard it’s a wonderful way to connect with people, and as a solo traveler I really enjoy staying with locals and experiencing places in a more authentic way. ❣️

Interests

I love being close to nature - hiking and camping are my favorites. In my free time, I enjoy reading, going to the cinema or theatre, and exploring photography and contemporary dance.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my English and French, and I’d be happy to teach you how to crochet or make collages. I also have three years of experience in marketing (copywriting, product photography, and graphic design) so I can share my knowledge and skills in this area too. And some polish cuisine of course!
