ABOUT ME
I am very particular about leading a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, using natural/bio/organic products as much as my meager salary permits! I love physical activity (tennis, skiing, yoga, biking, hiking....the list goes on), and doing as much outdoors as possible. I love live music, culture, traveling, languages and challenging, awe-inspiring conversations. I love my family and make every effort to extend that same consideration to everyone that crosses my path.
PHILOSOPHY
I strongly believe that the best medicine is human support, understanding and compassion, (and fear not for this medication does NOT need the approval of your medical insurance!). I believe the best quality in a human being is compassion, next to integrity.

I have just started!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Although I have been an avid traveler for a large portion of my life, I have only created a profile on couch surfing this year. During my travels in New Zealand I came across a lot of couchsurfers and I have friends that have been a part of the organization for quite some time! I strongly believe the couchsurfing experience helps people experience countries in a more profound way.

I love home remedies and finding uses in the surrounding environment.
A few off the top of my head that I use religiously, coconut oil is really beneficial for thyroid problems. Flaxseed oil and cold pressed fish oil is really good for skin problems. Garlic is the best antibiotic available. Fresh ginger is extremely beneficial for colds and flues.
