About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Meet great people while traveling the world!

ABOUT ME

I just moved to Akron about a year ago now, not too far from where i grew up, about 2 miles. I just recently had a baby girl who keeps me close to home right now. I like to travel and experience new places and cultures. I have 1 son, he's fifteen, together we've been to the beaches of Jamaica & Florida; the desert of Arizona; snowbording in Wyoming; parts of the civil war trail in Pennsylvania & Virginia. We just recently were able to travel extensively through the UK for 6 weeks; great fun and got to meet some wonderful CS'ers. I get along easily with people and love to have fun. I also have a hard time telling people about myself in this small paragraph! There's just so much to tell you'll just have to meet me lol

PHILOSOPHY

Enjoy the moment you're in, you'll never get to repeat it

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm still pretty new to couchsurfing, but was able to have a positive experience while traveling through the UK last summer.

Interests

History, anything to do with learning more I enjoy. I'm active and like anything that gets me moving like hiking, bike riding, etc. Also, I've been looking into my family's geneology and that's real interesting to me, I found out my Wheatley side is from near Durham, England.

Was able to visit stonehenge and also to view one of the original copies of the magna carta. Went to loch Ness, seen nothing but water though, the gift shops were loaded with nessy though! Rode the London Eye, that was 434ft of amazing views.
