ABOUT ME

I seek to experience, meet interesting people and make new friends. Music is a love of mine along with developing more self awareness. I want to keep learning from my mistakes and be a better human, encourage others to do the same.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to do what I feel, listen to what my heart wants. It's difficult at times! I believe there is something that we all belong to, a connection between every being. Everything is relative to one another and our actions are creating ripples out into the world. Therefore I try to cultivate compassion.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I went to Afghanistan in my reckless youth, my Afghani friend AJ, whom I met at a local book store, told me about this website. Afterwards I started using couch surfing in Turkey and then throughout Eastern Europe. I also had the pleasure of being able to host people during my stay in Italy. I have met so many great people and have cultivated deep friendships. This site truly provides and I have experienced a different depth to these countries because of CS. Thanks CS!!

Interests

I love many kinds of music. Depends on the mood really. Some favorite books are Sometimes A Great Notion, Dune, Steppenwolf, The River Why. Some favorite movies are Contact, HER, Dogville.

During my travels, I have taught guitar, and some yoga. I like to share massages and think there should be more consentual human affection exchange. I live to learn and share knowledge. I would love to learn more culinary arts, music, sustainable living practices.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good conversation, I also like to clean or cook meals for hosts. Also, help with home projects.
