ABOUT ME

I am a fun-loving girl from California who is always open to an adventure. I try to maintain a healthy balance between work and relaxation, and always have a positive and optimistic attitude. I'm currently studying to be a high school history teacher, as I feel that teaching is the best way I can make a difference right now. I'm minoring in Social and Cultural Analysis as well--ethnicity, race, nation and how they play into American society, and act differently for different people, fascinates me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing Prague Castle on my way to school every day for the past few months has been an unreal experience. It constantly reminds me that I'm in a fantastic medieval city, and that I need to take advantage of it!

Teach, Learn, Share

I've recently learned a lot about Central and Eastern Europe as a result of my curriculum here in Prague. American history is also something that I've spent a good amount of time studying. Race and ethnic studies fascinates me, especially multicultural studies.
