Overview
About Me
Well... I'm a massage therapist and have been for 9 years. Im lucky to enjoy my job.
The past 2 years I've been focusing on my Masters in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. I'm looking forward to being done with school but I'm continuing to learn so much about myself and the world around me.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to LIVE. I feel that traveling is an adventure, one way to get the most out of the one life you have!
I want to meet some interesting and genuine people of the world!
The world is so vast yet we are so small. Go and explore!
Interests
I love to cook!
Along with music I feel everyone can relate to food. "Mind of a chef" is a great PBS special!
I do enjoy a good bottle of wine every now and again.
I enjoy photography. It's an attempt to capture a memory while being creative.
I've recently started horse back riding and I'm looking forward to where it will lead me.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is the heartbeat of the world.
When it comes to music the list could go on forever! Anything from The Black Keys, Bon Iver, Nick Drake and Tinariwin.
My top 4 movies right now are Pirate Radio, 500 days of summer, Big Fish & Baraka.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've traveled.
I've lived around the country in Minneapolis Minnesota, Madison Wisconsin and Santa Cruz California.
Drove across the country a few times by myself and this recent summer my boyfriend Kevin and I drove out west to Park City Utah, Zion National Park to hike The Virgin Narrows, Monuments Valley and stopped in Silverton/Durango Colorado to visit a friend in the mountains.
Christmas and New Years this winter will be in Paris and Italy for almost 3 weeks.
We do live in a beautiful country but I'm looking forward to see what else is out there!
