I am a graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder. I have a bachelors in Integrative Physiology and I currently work in Boulder as an EMT on an ambulance. I love the outdoors. I am an avid runner and have ran three marathons as well as raced in the Boulder half Ironman this last year. I love to hike and camp as well and pretty much do anything that has to do this the outdoors. Some of my other interests include flying planes and traveling (which I am about to go do). I studied abroad in Granada, Spain when I was in college and I can't wait to come back and travel in Europe. I also speak a little Spanish.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am about to leave to go travel for about a month and a half starting August 11th. I will be starting in Spain and taking the train through Europe. I am looking to meet new people as well as a place to stay while I am there.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favorite type of music is electronic music. I also love jam music and pretty much any other type of music that is not rap or hip hop. I love so many movies, it is hard to pick one. My favorite type of music are comedies and thrillers. As for books, again it is hard to pick one. I am currently readying the City of Bones series and I love it. I am also about to start the book, Into Thin Air, which I hear is a great book.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I jumped off the top of Corona Arch in Moab, Utah in the states. You can set up your own ropes and swing from the top. It was the most terrifying, amazing experience of my life.
