ABOUT ME

I am a yogi, dancer, painter, photographer, vegan, rock climber, explorer, hiker, and the list goes on. I find it really hard to type out information about myself without sounding vain. So those are the things I like to do- am I an expert at any of them? No. But they make me feel good inside. I am on the path of discovering self expression. To me expression is the best form of medicine.
