My name is Kalina and I am finishing up my degree in mechanical engineering at Cal Poly SLO. I love traveling and meeting new people, and downloaded couch surf because I am tired of staying at hostels, and want to understand the people and culture of the places I am visiting.

I joined couch surf to meet locals and become more immersed in the culture of location I visit. I will also be living in Madrid for the summer of 2019 to study Spanish at a language school. Before I begin classes, I want to explore as much as I can!
