ABOUT ME

Ok time for an update...

I have run away from the circus! I will be traveling around the UK and central Europe for a few months while I reignite my passion of culture and exploration. I would love to meet you!

Hi I'm Kali

I have couch surfed and traveled, performed and taught all over the world. I love meeting people on their grand adventures and sharing their ideas and dreams. Right now I am going through a period of stability as I face becoming a dreaded "grown up".

I live a bit of a crazy life. I have done everything from dance and circus to event management and community engagement. I have recently decided to hop off the corporate wheel and find something a bit more me.
About me well... I dance.... I was trained as a Bellydancer and do this at a professional level but I will basically dance anything anyone is willing to teach me. Hip hop, contemporary, ballet, medieval, swing, Bollywood, salsa, burlesque you name it I've taken classes. I also have a history in martial arts and display fighting, hand to hand and medieval sword as well as basic acrobatics and cheerleading, fire performance, juggling and general circ (see I told you crazy)
As I've gotten older I have worked more behind the scenes managing and organising events and connecting them to communities. My good friend Anna Cruz introduced me to couch surfing and I am addicted to the stories told by surfers from all walks of life that come through her place and want to get more involved.

I really don't know where to stop. I'm a city girl who was brought up in the bush.
I love to hang out and talk philosophy over a port or two, dance the night away downtown or escape altogether camping, roughing it and having crazy adventures that push my body and mind.

Anything really im a music nut and will listen /dance to anything. I love action movies and will read anything I can get my hands on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Wow Sky diving over Auckland is a big one and sleeping the night of my 26th birthday on the great wall of China was unforgettable.
