Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My sister and I backpacked in Europe several years ago and we had some fantastic couchsurfing experiences! Looking forward to more.

I love to run, write (though I don't think I'm particularly good at it!), and sing. I have an odd affinity for tiny birds, and I love the outdoors.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I competed in a World Robotics competition in St. Louis... does that qualify?
I also spent some time in Iqaluit (Nunavut, Canada) and got to taste narwhal (before I became a vegetarian)!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to learn some Spanish and French (and anything else along the way)! I love gaining new skills, and I'm open to trying almost anything once!

I have my scuba certification, and in the future I'd like to look at getting my advanced. I also have a love for hiking, and enjoy exploring countries in this way.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I play the piano, sing and dabble in guitar -- I'd be more than happy to share some music with you! I also know how to make some pretty delicious cinnamon buns from scratch. :)
