Hey guys! My name is Kalvin from South Africa. I was originally born in Pretoria but have spent a lot of time travelling around Europe. I have recently turned 28 and am always up for meeting you new people and seeing new locations.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think I joined Couchsurfing because I believe that it is an interesting philosophy to follow in a world that is growing continuously more isolated. People don't talk like they used to anymore and everything is getting replaced by mobile phones and apps etc. I think that Couchsurfing is a great way to open up our eyes to the world and amazing people that inhabit it.

Interests

I try and be interested as much possible in everything around me because I believe that it makes me a more balanced person. Right now though I'm into landscape photography, sport and well being as well as long talks over coffee with interesting people that inspire.
