ABOUT ME

Hello everyone,

My name is Kalvin and I was born in Calgary, Alberta Canada. I was raised in this country and grew up in the same city my whole life. I never had any travel opportunities because i became an adult. Aronnd that time i have visited my families hometown in the south villages of mainland China. Two years after that i have traveled through most of the bigger cities of of western Canada. I have been down south by the Caribbean to enjoy the nice hot sun on the beaches. A few years later i went to Hong Kong for a International Martial Arts Champion ship for martial arts.

I have a Son who was born Feb 19th 2012. Being a Parent is a completely new for me as he is my first born son. It is a complete different lifestyle that i have to re-adjust myself into to keep my sanity as for now i have rarely made the time for myself.

It has been a few years since i have given myself an opportunity for another adventure as there are my parents of the world that i have not been to. The next travel experience for myself i will be travelling alone to give myself a good break in life to do something different to release the load of weight i have to carry behind me.

It has been a while since i have got the chance to socialize and i want to meet people from around the world and to develop a network for my future.

Interests

I love to go to places where there is nature as it brings to me a nice sense of serenity to my mind. Enjoying my vacation and walks throughout the nightlife of every great city always brings me the greatest satisfaction in my adventures but not the same way as it would be for me in terms of the lessons of the experience.

I am a very adventurous person and spontaneous. My main objectives of every travel is to experience the cultures of every country and that is what i find the most important. To see what is out there in the world that is different than my own where i can learn and grow into a deeper understand of appreciation of life.

As an adventurer I like to travel alone and i have done so several times of my life. I never fully backpacked a trip in my life but it is something i like to adjust myself into where i can be independent and to learn the means of survival in a place that is completely different than from where i am from.

To make things a little more simple, I like to meet people, i like to get lost and i like the excitement of every situation whether if it is good , bad or dangerous. (However I am afraid of heights and spiders)

Music, Movies, and Books

I do not read a lot of books myself unless if they are magazines with a lot of pictures to look at. If i were to read on anything i enjoy typing information or topics on google search engine to learn about facts/myths. I enjoy learning as it keeps myself knowledgeable and update with the world. If i were to sincerely read, i will look up books related to meditations, meta-psychics, psychology, religion, nature, martial arts, philosophy or things related to the updated world.

In terms of movies I am a big believer of the Batman. So all three of Christopher Nolans movies on the Batman were my favorite of his trilogy. Christopher Nolan is an excellent director as right now it is really rare to name a single director that can match up with his work.

As for music...

Anything as long as it is not too negative.
