About Me
My husband and I have traveled out of the country frequently over the past 10 years and of course many places throughout the United States. We love traveling with our children as well and sharing the love of discovery and appreciation of the amazing wonders around us. Now that our children are mostly grown we have a bit more space and time to include other adventures such as Couchsurfing!
We are in our 50's but very young at heart. Fred is the Executive Chef at the nearby University and he loves hunting, fishing, hiking, gold panning and the History of cultures and war. Kamala manages a large organization of exchange students, host families, coordinators and high schools in Idaho who participate in high school exchange. I love to travel in Europe, try all the local fare and take pictures of everything I see there! Spending time with my children, grand baby and extended family is also a favorite pastime.
We are conservative and Christian, but as we have traveled much, consider ourselves very open minded and accepting of other cultures and differences. We find value in everyone and every experience.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I live in one of the most beautiful areas of the United States. Just 2 hours south of Yellowstone National Park to the North, two hours to the East are the Majestic Grand Tetons and Jackson Hole, Wyoming! South 3hrs is Salt Lake City, Ut and 2.5 hours West is beautiful Sun Valley, Idaho.
This area is a great launching pad for many different type activities for different adventures and experiences. Plenty to do right here nearby as well!
We love sharing our City and lives from the inside out and are excited to meet you!
