About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To travel the world to find, learn, teach, and tell about the niches in the human condition itching for an ounce of positive social change. As a student of environmental studies, healing crafts, yoga, and grassroots social movements, I am currently teaching Environmental Studies at Pace U and traveling abroad to more connections.

ABOUT ME

At heart I'm a poet, traveler, musician, and philosopher with a deep curiosity for new experiences, unfamiliar cultures, learning languages, and appreciating the natural beauty of the world. I'm also a student of yoga, meditation, and spiritual arts, and like to be in the forest and mountains as much as possible. Let's play frisbee or share a travel story! (some of my favorite things to do).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Met one of my best friends on here while traveling through Peru and love the mission! I enjoy meeting new and interesting traveler types and learning about places from the locals! Would rather be in that hard to find little food / coffee spot with colorful flavors than a fancy gig on the main drag. Point the way!

What I Can Share with Hosts

An open mind, willing view, and good cooking! I'm down to climb things and go on adventures in the urban/natural wild. Any of my "teach, learn, share" skills are up for grabs! A good scrabble or connect 4 challenge is also always accepted :)
