ABOUT ME

A perpetual student, studying the mathematical and computational sides of cool science. When not tinkering with my equations and codes, I flee as far away as possible from my computer.

PHILOSOPHY

A naturalist. Spiritualist to the point of considering myself kind-of Buddhist but too lazy to meditate for the last few years.

Why would anybody want to disprove Darwin or Einstein when what they found is so amazing?

I read much more than watch TV or movies.

En español favorites have been Cien años de soledad and Tres tristes tigres. Me gustó 2666 de Bolaño aunque es medio pesado.

All time favorites: Catch 22, Tolkein, Kurt Vonnegut, Mr. Thompkins by George Gamow, Terry Pratchet. I read to be entertained, so obscure, dense stuff tends to bore me.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I lived until 2nd grade in a cabin without electricity or running water.
