About Me

Hi, :) I'm 25. I am a french language teaching student and working as a business travel agent.

I'm very enthousiastic to learn new things. I'm rather a calm person but very energetic at the same time. I love walking, traveling and meeting people. They say I'm a good dancer but it's a bit overestimated ;-)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I first heard about Couch Surfing I thought to myself that it's suits me perfectly : not only I could discover new places but also learn better people living there.

Interests

My main interest is the language (linguistics, foreign languages, their history...). I also like sightseeing, cinema, painting, theatre, litterature, sport (inline skating, ice skating, cycling, volleyball, running). And I love board games (especially Scrabble!).

Music, Movies, and Books

Music : The Beatles, F. Chopin, Amy Winehouse, Stromae, Zaz ...
Movies : Almodovar, Kubrick, Dolan, "Ae Fond Kiss..." by Ken Loach, "Les chansons d'amour" de Christophe Honoré... Oh! and I'm addicted to stupid american series (one of my new year's resolutions will be not to ever watch them again :) )
Books : Schmitt, Camus, Sartre, "Le petit prince" :), because of my studies I have no choice but to read french and english classics but I do enjoy it :-P

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

First thing that comes to mind is that in summer 2009 (I was 19 at the time!), I went to Paris for two months. What I find amazing about it is that I didn't know anyone there and I didn't have any solid financial background. I've just found a flatshare on the Internet and searched for a summer job in parisian restaurants :-) That was a great and enriching experience that made me more independent, open-minded and helped me improve my french.

Teach, Learn, Share

I will be a french/english teacher one day so if you have any problems understanding grammar for example I'd be happy to help you.
I'm also an expert finding cheap flights or other transport. I could give you some hints on how to see more spending less money.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Great moments! I'm sure whether we go to a museum, a boat trip, a bar or we simply party all night we're gonna share the joy of doing it together.

I would be also happy to talk with you about the differences between our cultures and what make's them special.

I can surely share my optimism with you and spend some nice time together :)
