Hi, I'm Kamila, she/her. I tried to change my name in CS but then it reverted back.

I love learning languages. I'm a native Polish speaker, I can speak quite well English, Spanish and German. Also a little French, and Russian. When I visit a country I usually go hiking if possible or to a museum specific to it and learn a little about the history in the interactive way, but also and maybe foremost I like to meet someone living there.

I am a person that values freedom over everything else. I always try to help others as much as I can. I think we all are under the same sun and we should treat each other with love and acceptance. I’m tolerant, patient and I care about what other people want to say.

I visited South America along with Argentina, Paraguay and Chile in order to learn Spanish. I met wonderful people in Madrid, Spain not only from Spain but also from South America and I miss the atmosphere of chill I had with them. Therefore I decided to settle in Spain and chose Barcelona where I'm living now.

I have a lot of hobbies. I used to play board games like chess, go and checkers. Musical instruments like piano, I want to learn to play charrango and handpan. I love dancing to EDM, especially techno. My favorite dance is shuffle, but I can dance Latin ballroom dances like chacha, rumba, and samba. I learned salsa, samba disco, rock n roll, and lindy hop as well. I love riding my inline skates, I kind of learned to do backward criss cross, and kind of managed to do crazy, magic slide and grapevine. I love table tennis, volleyball and a little basketball, working out.

I like going out with my friends and I enjoy meeting new people. I listen to electronic music, but also pop, rock, Belgian music, Lana del Rey, remixes, Mongolian music, Arabic songs, Czech music, EDM, handpan. I like tai chi and used to train for a few years. My passion is software development. I want to start to contribute to open source projects in my free time. I am good at Math. I write poems. I love learning languages, so far I know well only English, German, Russian, and Spanish besides my native Polish and I learned a little of French. I used to pick up some archery, I bought a bow and used to shoot a straw target hang on a door. I used to experience lucid dreaming, I still do from time to time. As a child I was interested in philosophy. I like eating exotic food that's new to me, especially Ethiopian, Turkish, Chinese and Korean. I want to go for a trip from Egypt to Japan maybe next year.

I want to meet interesting people, and see as much of world as possible. My dream is to visit all the continents.

When I was 17, I placed 1st in the regional eliminations and then finished 36th in national chess championship U18.
