Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My home is open to everyone - I frequently host my friends and decided that I should do more - invite other people as well.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've hosted several people and surfed couches in Italy, Spain, France, Morocco, Senegal, Mexico and Colombia.
Interests
I enjoy reading, learning languages, and take an interest in sociology and left-wing politics. Every now and again I write fiction, I'd really love to become a writer one day! Other than that, traveling, meeting new people, experiencing different cultures, karate, yoga, coffee, thé à la menthe, good cinema, etc...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
In London I lived not far from where Marx is buried. One day I went to the cemetery and realized Marx is buried next to Herbert Spencer. Now that's quite amazing in itself (for both Marx and Spencer), but the real amazing thing was when another friend attracted my attention to the fact that one of the leading retailers in the UK takes its name - most certainly unintentionally and unrelatedly - after the two great thinkers (with a slight change in spelling)... Marx and Spencer's revenge?!
