I'm a yoga teacher/ freediver/ remedial massage therapist/ writer/ translator (English and Japanese) with a passion for caring for our nature and animals.

I have traveled to 33+ countries and love meeting people from different walks of life to have an interesting conversations and build connection.
Whenever I have free time, I go freediving and won't come back to the shore for at least few hours.
Ocean is my happy place :)

I write articles about environmental conservation and ethical lifestyle for few companies to raise awareness and shift people's mindset towards a better world.

I moved to Australia from Japan in 2019. I have lived in Exmouth, Gold Coast, Bunbury and now back to Perth from 2022.

I am a very chill and open minded person who likes to keep my living area clean and tidy. I am not so much of a party person but I am active and I do enjoy going out in the nature and having nice conversation with people from different walks of life.

I like teaching some yoga postures and stretching techniques to improve your life and share you how to cook yummy plant-based dishes (no boring salads!)
